Managing Across Levels
Given government's traditional hierarchy, it is often challenging for rising leaders to effectively persuade their senior leaders and influence key decisions.
This seminar will help particpants:
This seminar is most applicable to GS-9 to GS-12s. The seminars begin at 8:30, with a complimentary breakfast at 8:00, and end at 4:00 daily.
OUR APPROACH
Leaders learn best by doing. We invite participants to bring challenges they are currently facing on the job to the classroom. We then help each participant create an action plan to improve their job performance and follow-up with participants after the class to ensure learning implementation.
